Bismillah — In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace:

تَنْزِیْلُ الْكِتٰبِ مِنَ اللّٰهِ الْعَزِیْزِ الْحَكِیْمِ۟

THE BESTOWAL from on high of this divine writ issues from God, the Almighty, the Wise:
